	Our team consist of home inspectors that have hands on construction experience. Our inspectors must have constructed at least 50 homes, before taking and passing our rigorous Home Inspection exam. Most home inspectors have never built a single home.
	Our forms are simple and "to the point". You don't need a home inspector to tell you how beautiful your new home is...we just list any problems found.
	We work well with realtors and builders as well as sellers/buyers. We don't try to impress with construction jargon. Just a good solid "to the point" inspection.
	Our Inspections are purely structural and mechanical in nature. As mentioned before, you don't need us to tell you about physical appearance like cosmetics (only if it is a structural or mechanical detriment)
